Priya

Priya heads the transaction advisory services division at KayOne Consulting. She is a Chartered Accountant, and an IBBI certified registered valuer, with more than 10 years of experience in business valuation, business planning and due diligence. She has worked with clients across industry verticals, business sizes, stage of growth and seen a variety of transactions in India, US and UK. Prior to joining KayOne, Priya worked with Ernst and Young’s audit and assurance division.
