We provide strategy, finance, and operations advisory services to founder-led companies.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"). They do not govern any advisory, consulting, or other professional services we may provide to you under a separate engagement agreement. If you are an existing client, the terms of your engagement letter or services agreement take precedence over these terms in matters relating to services.

You agree that during your use of this Site and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or induce any employee, director, or currently-engaged consultant of KayOne to terminate their relationship with KayOne. This clause does not restrict your right to hire individuals who respond to general public recruitment advertising not targeted at KayOne personnel.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
At our option, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms may be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties (or, failing agreement, appointed in accordance with that Act), seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and conducted in English. Where arbitration is not invoked, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms - including any interruption or unavailability of the Site - where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, regulatory changes, power failures, internet-service outages, or failures of third-party providers on whom the Site depends.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KayOne with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same.
